Why the name Mosaic?
Mosaics are made up of tiny, broken bits of stone that are different colours, shapes and sizes. They are then pieced together to form a picture that none of the stones could express on their own. We believe that this is a great picture of what the church should be like.
Mosaic Church, Eastbourne draws different people together into a family that’s on a journey together. We believe that as we love God and love our neighbours as ourselves wherever we are, we will see a beautiful picture of God forming. We’re a congregation within the Living Stones family of churches, so a subtle link via our name seems apropriate.
